The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a wide range of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was also conveniently located super close to two public transport stations, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that was kept spotlessly clean. The mattress was comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The hotel even provided complimentary bottled water, a nice touch. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Clean and quiet rooms with water kettle, coffee, tea, and bottled water. View of cathedral. Polite, friendly, and helpful staff. Worth the price. Wide range of delicious breakfast options. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Centrally located with sauna and mini fridge.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a central area of Cologne for a few days. The hotel was located on a quiet street with easy access to the Underground station and all the main attractions were within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet, with a great view of the cathedral. The bed was comfortable and the amenities, like the water kettle and bottled water, were a nice touch. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food and the coffee was excellent. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely book again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very polite and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the facilities for instant coffee and tea. The bathroom was also very clean and had all the basic necessities. The location was perfect, with plenty of places to eat around the neighborhood. Also, the hotel was just a short walk away from the concert venue I wanted to go to, which was very convenient.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is conveniently located right in the center, super close to 2 public transport stations. It is just a short walk down to the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern furnishings. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel also has a peaceful courtyard, perfect for relaxing.
Some guests had issues with the hotel's lack of a storage room for luggage, resulting in belongings being left unattended.
